For our staff development, we will look at how the research TEKS can be applied in the library setting.
We will also look at what digital and information literacies are and why we should be teaching them to our students.
Transliteracy is the ability to read, listen to, view, understand, synthesize, and apply what we gather across differing platforms. As our students progress through their educational journey, they will need to learn to be experts at transliteracy. We will look at what we can do to give them the skills they need to be successful in the future.
