Citing Sources
TIPS:
- Databases and ebooks often cite their sources for you. Look for a completed citation or a link that says citation. You’ll just have to copy and paste into your document.
- Use easybib.com if you can’t find a completed MLA citation. Make sure…
- you select the right type of source (book, article, website) because that matters
- You will have to loacte and fill in any missing information and check the info that is there. You are still responsible for a mistake that easybib makes.
- Visit the Purdue OWL website for answers to your formatting questions and to see examples of works cited pages, annotated bibliographies, and in-text citations.
